Out clients came to us with a reasonably straightforward brief - “Reconfigure the rear of our house to provide better connection to the main outdoor space at the back, and improve the internal functionality of the very dated kitchen and dining area”.
Our solution involved removing the cold, insular lean-to structure to the rear, and proposing a modestly scaled addition to their existing villa, pitching a new roof up towards the sun, and providing a new kitchen/study/dining space for the family to enjoy.
