As part of a strengthening scheme by CHP to lift the former Brooklyn Town Hall (now apartments) to 70% NBS, Tilt Architecture has been engaged to take the building owners through the design, consenting and construction process. As part of the rework, there are some apartments that are undergoing minor internal reconfiguration to optimise their layouts.
The end product will be a safer building befitting the ‘Grand Old Lady’ of Cleveland Street.
